 Over the last 22+ years, I’ve immersed myself in thousands of hours of study and practice across diverse modalities.

My work focuses on the intersection of sex and spirituality. Empowering individuals to reclaim pleasure, release shame, and embody their full life force energy.

When I’m not teaching or leading events, I’m a devoted mother and a weaver of community.

My work has touched thousands globally and positioned me as a pioneering voice in conscious kink and holistic wellness.
